BRS Pros helped Jean & Steve by installing crack stitching. Patented Re-Grid technology, the carbon fiber/Kevlar® stitches embed in a structural epoxy and bond to the substrate through a process called Adhesive Riveting Technology. It has been both lab and real-world tested to be stronger and more reliable than any other crack repair methods. Perpendicular saw cuts vary from 12″ to 16″ on center to crack being repaired, the cracks were cleaned of debris. High strength epoxy was then inserted into crack and to the open grid stitch and placed into the saw cut. The Crack Stitch is made in the USA though a proprietary process that minimizes costs and reliance on third party suppliers.
